Thank you for choosing Cloud Choice Technologies as your IT service provider.
Please read over this agreement so you can better understand how we use our communication technologies to provide you with care.
To serve you and your business, we may need to send messages to you and your employees, agents, and independent contractors through various communication channels, such as email, voice and/or SMS (text messages).
The content of these messages may vary.
Typically, we use these communication channels as a means for troubleshooting technical issues. For example, we may send a text message asking you to reboot a computer, or to ask if you can see lights blinking on a modem or router. We may send an email to coordinate scheduling an on-site visit. We may text you asking if your internet is still down.
The frequency of these messages may vary depending on the situation. There are times when the frequency may increase, such as emergency outages. Typically, you will only receive text messages from us when you place a service request, or if you text us asking for help. A typical text message conversation would begin with us asking you to send a photo of our equipment. We may then text you back a brief message with a plan for service. We will be very careful to write with precision, and not send multiple messages unless it’s necessary. We believe that less is more and will make great efforts to simplify our chats.
