Our Company Backstory
Cloud Choice was founded with a clear purpose: to provide small and midsized businesses with reliable, secure technology solutions backed by a dedicated team.
Co-founder and CEO Fred King, CISSP, brought extensive experience in information technology, cybersecurity and business systems to the company. His technical background and security-first approach helped establish the standards that continue to guide Cloud Choice today.
That purpose became deeply personal after Cloud Choice’s founders lost their home in a devastating fire in late 2012. Although many of their digital assets were stored in a private cloud, accessing and restoring them proved far more difficult than expected. The experience inspired them to build an IT company founded on trust, security and preparedness—so their clients would never have to face the same uncertainty when recovering the information most important to them.
The founders also understood that dependable IT support requires more than a one-person operation. From the beginning, they invested in building a knowledgeable team capable of responding promptly, maintaining continuity and delivering on their commitments.
More than a decade later, Cloud Choice continues to grow year after year while expanding our services to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
