User Control Panel

This is the main interface to your online phone system functions like Voicemail, Faxing, Call Logs and more.

• When you first become a customer, you will be given a link that looks like https://xxxxxxxxx.cctpbx.com/ucp – where the xxxxx are replaced by your unique system ID.
• After accessing the Control Panel link, you will need to enter your extension number and password which is also supplied to you by Cloud Choice.  If you don’t have this information, please call the help desk.
