Looking for a guarantee that your computers will be ready to work when your team gets to the office?  Cloud Choice's Managed Service programs give your small business constant IT and network attention with monitoring and evaluation happening day and night.  Our team of technicians are immediately notified of any issues with your IT systems.  When we can fix and resolve, we will do that behind the scenes with just a email to let you know we fixed it!  Or if you have sensitive information, we will prompt you for access, then take care of the issue.  If you server runs out of disk space, or you have a rough virus that is sending SPAM or leaking secrets, you need to know that immediately.  We take care of those issues and provide a report on a monthly basis to keep you appraised.  No more IT surprises on the cost side either.  Our full inventory and asset tracking ensures you know what is on contract, under warranty and licensed.  All this for a fixed monthly fee - reasonable and affordable.

Cloud Choice offers three Server Management plans that include critical monitoring and maintenance required on a regular basis. All of our plans include 24/7 remote support availability. For servers that require additional management, unlimited on-site support is also available.

Basic – Allows your business to have access to both proactive and reactive remote support on an unlimited basis during normal business hours. Ideal for businesses with some "shared" in house IT support resources or seeking a remote only solution.

Professional – Includes unlimited remote server monitoring and management, including after-hours. This plan brings an added level of maintenance to your servers with quarterly on-site maintenance for patch updates, back-up restore testing, and application support. A complete outsourced IT solution.

Premium - Offers all the features of our professional plan plus the added security and benefits of unlimited remote and on-site support.
